Eugene, situated at the southern end of the Willamette Valley, is uniquely positioned at the center of western Oregon’s wine appellations, which means access to both the renowned Pinot Noir vineyards of the Willamette as well as close proximity to the burgeoning Rogue Valley and Walla Walla Valley vineyard sources.
The Stiltners, Eugene natives, are delighted to see their vision becoming a reality by bringing Elizabeth Chambers Cellar to their hometown and creating a one-of-a-kind food and wine destination that serves as a second home for Silvan Ridge, and shows wine enthusiasts from all over the world where the true heart of Oregon wine is.

At Elizabeth’s, our diversity of wine selection provides our guests with a true taste of all that Oregon is capable of in an environment that is at once unique, luxurious and inviting.
Curated tasting flights featuring both Elizabeth Chambers Cellar and Silvan Ridge wines, along with a robust list of wines available by the glass and bottle, can be enjoyed alongside delicious bites from our seasonal menu of light fare. Tasting flights are offered Tuesday through Sunday from 12-5 pm.
